[Kumamoto Specialty] A must-try when you come to Kumamoto! Lean horse sashimi (using the flank cut)

    1980 yen (tax included)

Uotatsu is proud of its horse sashimi, a specialty of Kumamoto! Among them, we recommend the "kainomi sashimi," which is rare for horse sashimi. Its appeal lies in its incredibly tender and juicy texture, which is characteristic of a cut of meat close to the tenderloin. We also offer marbled horse sashimi, liver sashimi, and more.Enjoy it with local Kumamoto sake! This is a rare cut of meat, so it's available in limited quantities!
